All orders are sent for processing within 24 hours after the payment is verified. The processing time includes the time it takes to authorize and verify payment, any special tailoring or engraving, quality checks, and packaging. After the order is processed, the manufacturer sends the item to ship, which takes an additional 3–5 days.

UPDATE: ALL sales are final. Due to a COVID-19 outbreak, effective immediately, and until further notice, we are suspending all product returns and exchanges. Please do not mail in any returns as they will be rejected.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept the return of clearance items, gift cards, downloadable software, health items, personal care items, products that are intimate, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Items can be returned up to 30 calendar days from the date received. Unfortunately, we cannot honor a refund or exchange after 30 consecutive days have passed from the date you received your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition, and in the same packaging that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, depending on where you live.
Once your return is received, we will send an email to notify you. After your returned item is inspected, you will receive notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, it is immediately processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Your refund will post within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policy.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a prior approved refund within 10 business days, please contact your bank and/or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. Once the allotted time has passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first to give to you later, the gift giver will be notified about the return and any information regarding the processing of a refund.
Sizing is based on standard sizes in the US, and are set according to the measurements of our size chart.
If your item is received with a different size than what is ordered, please try it on first. It may have been adjusted to the US measurements and not the vendor.
