Standard shipping is 15-30 days. However, during peak times - like holidays or global pandemics - shipping can take 30-45 days.

Yes, we ship globally. Packages may arrive via different carriers - i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, China Post, Australia Post, or Global Parcel Tracking; depending on the destination.
UPDATE: ALL sales are final. Effective immediately, and until further notice, we are suspending all product returns and exchanges. Please do not mail in any returns as they will be rejected.
Items can be returned up to 30 calendar days from the date received. Unfortunately, we cannot honor a refund after 30 consecutive days have passed from the date you received your purchase. We do make exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition, and in the same packaging that you received it. We do not accept the return of clearance items or products that are intimate.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
Once your return is received, we will send an email to notify you. After your return is processed and your returned item is inspected, you will receive a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, it is immediately processed. However, you should expect to see the amount appear in your original form of payment in 3 business days.
