At Haute for the Culture, we deliver to customers around the globe every day. Our goal is to ship items out as soon as possible via the best shipping options, but this will not always be the same day your order was placed. In general, after your payment is authorized and verified, it would take 2-3 business days to process an order. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, it may take longer than usual to fulfill your order. Our current estimate is that it may take 4-6 business days of processing time in our warehouse. If we anticipate a longer time, it will be noted in the item description or you will be notified immediately. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us at info@hauteftculture.com. Our order processing cut-off time is 4 PM EST. Orders placed after 4 PM EST will be processed the next business day. As a standard, business days do not include weekends or holidays.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after being placed. If you do not receive the order confirmation email, please check your spam folder. This is very important because all other emails, including shipment notifications and tracking details, will be sent in the same manner. When placing your order, we consider the delivery time frame as the processing time and shipping time.

Processing time: All orders are sent for processing within 24 hours after the payment is verified. The processing time includes the time it takes to authorize and verify payment, any special tailoring or engraving, quality checks, and packaging. After the order is processed, the manufacturer sends the item to ship, which takes an additional 3–5 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the manufacturer’s warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. Most US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Damages: Haute for the Culture is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible to file a claim. International Shipping Terms & Conditions

Haute for the Culture does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that any and all VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by any country for importing goods are the responsibility of the buyer. Just as any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. We do not collect this beforehand, nor can we give you an estimate of the cost because it varies widely around the world.

International orders may require an additional 3-5 days or more of processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment. Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally, we will inform you during the checkout process or immediately via the most efficient contact method available to us.
