After your payment is authorized and verified, it takes 4-6 business days to process an order due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Order processing cut-off time is 4 PM EST. Orders placed after 4 PM EST will be processed the next business day. As a standard, business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Standard shipping is 15-30 days. However, during peak times - like holidays or global pandemics - shipping can take 30-45 days.
Shipping is based on the method chosen at checkout. All shipping times are displayed clearly when checking out.
Order and shipping confirmations are sent to the email address given at checkout. If an email address is not provided, you will not receive these notifications unless you agree to receive SMS notifications.
Yes, we ship globally. Packages may arrive via different carriers - i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, China Post, Australia Post, or Global Parcel Tracking; depending on the destination.
Returns
Items can be returned up to 30 calendar days from the date received. Unfortunately, we cannot honor a refund after 30 consecutive days have passed from the date you received your purchase. We do make exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition, and in the same packaging that you received it. We do not accept the return of clearance items or products that are intimate.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received, we will send an email to notify you. After your return is processed and your returned item is inspected, you will receive a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, it is immediately processed. However, you should expect to see the amount appear in your original form of payment in 3 business days.
